Heat Check is a facilitated live debate experience that combines structured dialogue, awareness of emotional activation, and guided self-regulation.
Information on this Site describes the Heat Check format, events, programs, and related services. Specific engagements, events, or services may be governed by separate written agreements between Cirak Inc. and the applicable host, organization, or participant.
Heat Check and the materials on this Site are provided for educational, informational, and experiential purposes.
Heat Check is not psychotherapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as such.
If you have questions or concerns regarding a medical or mental-health condition, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Participation in any Heat Check event is subject to the specific terms, safety practices, and participation guidelines applicable to that event.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, informational, and legitimate organizational purposes.
You may not:
use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or associated accounts;
transmit malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit Site materials without our prior written permission; or
falsely suggest that you, your organization, or your event is affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Heat Check or Cirak Inc.
The Heat Check name, logo, flag design, visual identity, program format, website content, graphics, videos, text, and other original materials appearing on the Site are owned by or licensed to Cirak Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license to use Heat Check branding, program materials, trademarks, copyrighted content, or other intellectual property except for normal personal viewing of the Site.
You may link to heatchecklab.com provided the link does not misrepresent your relationship with Heat Check or Cirak Inc.

Submitting a Bring Heat Check inquiry or otherwise contacting us regarding an event does not create a booking, partnership, contractual commitment, or obligation by either party.
Any confirmed Heat Check engagement may be subject to a separate agreement addressing matters such as fees, travel, venue requirements, participant expectations, recording permissions, cancellation terms, intellectual property, and other event-specific conditions.
Testimonials, photographs, recordings, or participant statements appearing on the Site may be used with the appropriate permission or authorization.
Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not by itself grant Heat Check or Cirak Inc. permission to publicly use your name, image, likeness, testimonial, or organization name for promotional purposes.
Any such permission may be addressed separately where applicable.
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including social-media platforms, video services, analytics providers, and other websites.
We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
